I found the owner via TikTok, who content was geared towards helping small business gain funds for their business. I booked a consultation. Basically, no one showed up. I didn’t receive a phone call or email. I emailed confirming if we were still meeting 5 minutes after the scheduled time, no response. Emailed after to reschedule, no response. Couple days after, I wrote another email, no response. I took to TikTok to leave comments for a response and no one responded but they had the time to post new content and and answer other people responses. I filed a case with PayPal. I am waiting currently in my waiting period with PayPal.
