I had purchased some thing online and when I went to cancel the order it was already submitted. I had reached out to them in January 2023 the night that I purchased and said that I wanted to be canceled got no reply back went to my bank, had it put in as fraud. They finally answered me today on March 10, 2023 said that I would have to send them proof that I had received the item I sent them proof they said to send it back to them and that I would have to pay for shipping. The shipping cost is double than what I paid for so I’m not going to send back some thing that I’m going to have to pay more for. I did reply that I would be sending them to the Better Business Bureau.
