This bail bond company violated my civil rights., failed to offer me any right to protection of my personally identifiable information, and failed to provide or furnish me with any notifications and when notified, I was called from numbers not published online, (such as Oviedo phone number 321-765-4984) as well as utilized false names to act under and deliver information to me as of 8/7/23 at 4:30 P.M. -Maddie under the name of A & D Cruz, utilizing a false name and false business umbrella not properly tax identified. This company scammed me and my family, Judith *******, and Vikki **** out of $200.00 and attempted to take $2000.00 from myself and my family. I have contacted the FL State Governor's executive team and both Ron DeSantis and The First Lady in regards to my civil rights violation to encompass this false umbrella company. I have also reached out to the Governor in regards to the Supreme Court and Florida Bar "In Re" -Code of Conduct and Professionalism which is attached here. Please investigate this company, and have the amount returned of $200.00 to my family directly.
