I ordered three puzzles (succulents, flower power & dots) from this company through a website ad on fb in June 2020. By July I still hadn’t received anything. So I contacted the seller through PayPal. I received a response that they couldn’t find my order. So I started a dispute through PayPal. PayPal gave the seller about 2-3 weeks to respond. Well they met their deadline. They sent tracking information that they sent me 3 puzzles (coincidentally they were sent the day I sent them my email). A few days later I got 3 puzzles of cats. I then asked PayPal to intercede for me. They got a return address for me to send the puzzles to and when received by the seller, I would get a refund. IT COSTS $60 TO SEND THESE PUZZLES BACK TO CHINA! The 3 puzzles I ordered were $58.70. PayPal offered to pay half that cost. So it would cost me $30 to send the puzzles back to the seller. Well $58.70 - $30 = $28.70 that I would still be out of pocket. The seller would still have my money and now I wouldn’t have ANY puzzles. I’m going to try and contact my credit card company and see what they can do. Oh and BTW their website no longer exists.

I wish I'd seen this sooner. I also ordered a few really awesome looking puzzles from this vendor through an ad they had on FB. Something to the effect of $86. I'm in month 3 of battling paypal for a refund, it's insane. First I hadn't received the puzzles, they had sent me an invalid tracking number. I emailed about it, no messages received in response so I filed the paypal dispute immediately (July now). Paypal reached out to them and they waited until the last day of deadline to respond with the same tracking number like they know Paypal's default is to then extend the dispute out while it "reviews" the seller's "response". The tracking number provided still showed that nothing had even been dropped off for delivery yet. Then right at the end of the deadline for that dispute, I received a package in the male. 3 super crappy crumbled and torn up boxes of the same exact puzzle of cats and cacti. None of the ones I actually ordered. So I called paypal to escalate my dispute and was told they had to file a NEW dispute now because the tracking number was received so it can't stay under that category of dispute and has now started the whole process over (August at this point) as a new dispute of "item not as described". The seller again waited until deadline to respond and responded with ONLY the tracking number again. No words. Same tracking number though that's no longer the dispute. I'm still waiting for a refund. Paypal says it expects a resolution by September 21st. more than 3 months after they took my money during a global pandemic. I've definitely learned something the hard way this time around. Ooof. Avoid this seller at all costs!

I ordered 4 puzzles from the Storyhapy website on June 19th. I got a confirmation email immediately but just received the package on August 4th. During the time from June to August, I tried contacting Storyhapy with no success. I also discovered during this time that the puzzles were coming from overseas. When the package arrived I had four identical, very cheap puzzles. This company is a total scam. Do NOT order puzzles from this company. TOTAL ripoff.

Ordered 3 puzzles on 23rd June. Puzzles finally arrived 24th August. 3 cheap crumpled puzzles arrived, all the same puzzle and not one puzzle was the one we ordered. This company is a complete scam with no integrity. Never buy any products from this company.

Ordered 3 puzzles on June 7th that was received today. Received order confirmation the same day. 3 puzzles arrived not one of them was what was ordered. Website does not open so can not follow up. Assume email is also fake. [email protected].

Contacted Ebay to see if this can be fixed. $51 for puzzles that we seem to have been ripped off for.

Similar to the others order $64 worth of three nice puzzles and a puzzle holder, 5 months later got three small crappy boxes of the same crappy puzzle and some cheap felt to hold the puzzles

I ordered a jigsaw puzzle from a post i saw on Instagram on June 26. A month later, with no tracking updates or communication of any kind, I received the WORST quality puzzle I've ever seen in my life. the pieces are flimsy and most of them are still connected like they just came off a laser printer - the box is crap, and clearly this is a trap. I would like to report this to Instagram and I believe that the post they hide under is called NYPUZZLECOMPANY(?) I sent an email to the email address listed on the recipt and got an email back today from [email protected] caying they'd give me a 20% refund to just keep it. That's less than the shipping fee. Clearly i need to pay more attention to the "ships from" location and when it's China, not click OK to purchase.

My review is like the others! It took over 3 months for the puzzles to arrive. I ordered 4 different designs, and what I got was 4 identical puzzles of a design I DID NOT ORDER. I've opened a case with PayPal for a refund. I purchased them from an ad on Facebook---and the puzzle boxes looked amazing and high-quality. What I got was similar to Dollar Store puzzles---NOT what they advertised. I'm out $66+.

I ordered 3 puzzles. Just received the "order" I placed back on June 8th. It is not July 28th. I received 3 copies of the same puzzle and it is not even one of the ones I ordered. Lost 58.76. I clicked on the link in the order confirmation and it comes up as a broken link. I paid with PayPal, so I'll see if they can do anything about it.

I ordered 4 puzzles on June 8th. The only thing I received was the order confirmation. No tracking info yet. Put in order number and it says nothing found and can't bring up a web page. Wrote an email inquirying about my order ($66) on July 27th.

I finally got my puzzles except they weren’t the ones I ordered. On top of that, they were two of the same kind and one of the cheaper ones to boot. Wish I had seen these reviews first. Very unhappy and angry.

I just received my jigsaw puzzles but they were the wrong puzzles and the boxes were damaged! It took almost a month to get them.

In mid June, I ordered 3 puzzles for a total of $50.13. The order # MC_XY_248#1894. The Invoice ID is c14255829188761.1. I received an order confirmation. The contact info is: [email protected]. I received tracking info that on June 29, 2020, the item was in La Puente, CA 91746. An In Transit number of 42017042927489270...appeared on the 17TRACK correspondence. This tracking info leads to no information. They do not respond to emails. What do I do?

I ordered 2 jigsaw puzzles from them JUne 8th. A tracking email came later and said it was delivered to california on JUne 16th. At this time it was apparent that the email was coming from China. There hasn't been any updates on the tracking link since that time and they do not respond to emails. I think I've been taken.
