Scam

I received both Keto Boost & Apple Cider Vinegar in the mail neither did I order or want. I called 844-492-1228 & spoke with a female who said I had completed an online survey & requested to try these free pills. Both were false. She then said they take fraud seriously & would cancel any future orders. I then asked if they had my credit card on file. She stated again they would cancel future orders. I asked again if they had my credit card on file. This time she said yes & provided the last 4 numbers of my card. I then contacted my credit card company to immediately cancel my card due to fraud. Scam

Same. Did you happen to have any CCs recently flagged with fraudulent charges? My AmEx cash preferred was recently used for fraud. Fortunately, AmEx was right on top, and cancelled/replaced immediately.

I received a package today containing a bottle of Keto Boost and a bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies which I did not order. I called the number on the mailing label 844-492-1228 and spoke to Monica. She said I had ordered these on 9/1/22 at 8:21pm and shipped them as a 14 day free trial and would not be charged until 9/14/22. I repeated that I did not order them and would return them but she insisted that I keep them as a gift and guaranteed me that she cancelled the order and I would not be charged for them. She does have my name, phone, email, address and my credit card on file so this makes me very nervous that this scam company has my information.

I don't know what else to do to prevent more transactions to me nor other people.

I received these two bottles in the mail unrequested: Keto Diet Pills and ACV Gummies. I have never ordered any products from any company for such weight loss products. There was no Order Confirmation documentation included with the package.

I just spoke with a Customer Service Representative at phone number on mailing label (844-492-1228) named: Orly on 8/1 at 3pm EST. He said he will cancel this fraudulent order and send me a confirmation email within 24-48hrs from "Storm". He said it was a 14 day trial and tried to get me to use products or to share with a family/friend who is trying to lose weight. I let him know clearly that these products were sent without request or consent and that I have no idea what is in them so I will not give them to anyone but return them. I told him I am NOT to be charged for these two products that I did not order at any point! I mailed back the product to the return address on the shipping label with this email included. After the 14 days he said this is the cost for these bottles (unbelievable). I have reported to the proper authorities on this scam as well.
