I ordered two “magic floor mats” in February of 2020. I received a wooden toy called magic wooden man. I contacted PayPal and went through the whole sixty days to contact the seller and get it resolved. The seller responded to me through emails very cordially and said they would work hard to resolve the problem. Claimed it was the slow response because of the pandemic. Nothing became of this. Still haven’t received anything, and they kept the $72.50. PayPal sent my money through Entrusted Payments.
