This is an illegitimate company. No filing with NC or FL Secretary of State, no register of deeds in Mecklenburg county in Charlotte, NC, no corporate credit rating on Experian, no EIN, no independent reviews on Google, no ICANN, no DUNS#. They claim to have 32 employees, but are not paying taxes. The phone number is a cell phone. Kind of difficult to have 32 people answering one cell phone. When I called and asked for the owner who is listed on their phony contract, they didn't know who I was talking about. Their self-made website is through WIX.com which anyone can put together in a snap. However, there are legitimate concerns with this website, no privacy policies, no terms of use or terms of conditions page, and the photos are all canned photos. Nothing showing the actual place of business or who they are. When asked to provide information to prove their legitimacy, they called me rude and hung up on me.

This company pretends that they have a buyer for your timeshare and you need to pay some of the closing fees to get paid. Meanwhile, they collect your personal information and some money from you. Beware!! BTW, I also called up the timeshare resort that we owned to see if they did business with them, and they never heard of them.
