today is march 18th, i ordered products on february 5th. i was told shipping takes 2-5 weeks. it has been 6 weeks. i have contacted the company multiple times trying to get help to find out where my package is. my package tracking has not moved since i ordered. the company has completely ghosted. and there is no way to get my money back.
