Stockx sent me a package that was totally empty. Upon opening the box there was no product. If you search the internet and youtube, supposedly this is a common practice. The package was never signed for by myself. And stockx refused to fix the situation stating they have no claim with fed ex since it was signed for. They also refused to release their claim with fed ex so I could do it myself.

I ordered shoes for my son from StockX over a month ago. I've located the customer service number, called them, and its now disconnected. $423 is flushed down the drain because they chose to keep my son's money & not send him his new Jordan's he ordered online. My email is *************************** I'm hoping to find another contact number for them to talk to a LIVE person, not through an email. I've left messages for them on Facebook and Instagram...still, no response!!!!

I sent an authentic Gucci Marmont Mini, brand new, in the original box with barcodes, not to be confused with the plain Gucci box that anyone could purchase. I also included tags and authentication. StockX was supposed to sell it for $1350 and pay me that amount minus about 17% in fees, about $1130. However, they claimed my bag did not meet their standards, claiming that it was damaged, which it was not. StockX said they would return everything I sent. But, what I received was not my bag. For one, they did not send me back my box, or any of my authentication cards. This means I can’t sell the bag elsewhere. Also, the bag doesn’t even smell like my bag, which means they replaced it with a fake. I’ve looked online and lots of other people have posted similar stories. They need to be stopped. If you have any advice on how to proceed, then please tell me. They need to be held accountable.

StockX is a company that allows you to sell dead stock sneakers on their website. I sent my pair of Nike Dunks and Air Jordan 4's to StockX to be authenticated so I can get paid and my sneakers have just been sitting at StockX. They wont pay me for my sneakers and they are keeping my sneakers without trying to resolve this issue. Im a 100% disabled combat vet and I am just trying to get the money owed to me for my sneakers. StockX wants to hold the sellers to a standard by demanding that we ship our sneakers to them within 2 days of closing a bid. But they dont hold themselves to a standard to quickly authenticate sneakers so sellers can get paid quickly. Why do we have to rush and send sneakers if they are just going to hold on to them and not send then to the buyer and not issue payment to seller. I have been given the run around on when I get paid and nothing is being done. I keep getting told tomorrow and other times and i still have not received my payment on both pair of sneakers
