Someone named Don Nelson called my daughter on Friday and told her she had an unpaid payday loan and would be arrested and charged Monday if she didn't pay him immediately. She had received no written notice of any debt or case. When I called Don Nelson, he said he worked for the Legal Outsourcing at Stockton Regal. I asked to get a court case# and asked for location of case and judge, collection website, etc, he hung up on me. He had some of her personal info right. A real debt collector was kind enough to look up his # and its been reported as a scam. Beware of scare tactics.
