I bought clothing from this website after I saw their ad on Facebook. I also paid for quick shipping. I never received a confirmation email. Weeks later, the items never came. When I went back to check on the website, it still says “waiting for products from supplier.” I tried contacting customer service multiple times through their email and there was zero response. I then looked up the business online and found out several other people have had the exact same experience since January. The website is relatively new and they have no actual location list of where their main base is. The “owner” is also not actually known to exist. Supposedly the “company” is listed as based in China or the Philippines but unclear, which is suspicious. Other people have reported that they were sent only packaging paper in the box to “prove” that a shipment was made and still never got their purchased products. All the images of the items on the website are either stolen from other sites or photoshopped. I now worry that they have my credit card information.
