I ordered 200 stickers hoping to get them before a convention. When I hadn't heard anything from them leading up to the convention I sent a message indicating I was interested in canceling but heard nothing back. I never received a proof to approve and after the convention the next thing I know the product shipped and was not centered. I sent them a message to give them a chance to correct it but have heard nothing back. I'm very disappointed with everything.

Same experience but ordered more than the standard promo and now I am out $146 for stickers that will never arrive. Have ordered two others from Sticker Mule and had them shipped in between my original order from a month and a half ago from sticlkers on demand.
Found the owner of the company and he is tied to a business in Atlanta that is a printing firm as well as his own Network LLC.
Called the BBB in Charlotte NC. They had never heard of him and he had a house in Shelby NC. Looks to be selling or abandoned now. Very frustrating. No contact number, no returned emails, but lots of promotional emails. Calling my CC company to dispute charges.

I purchased custom stickers from them as did thousands of other people and never got my product. I emailed them about 10 times and have tried to find other ways of contacting them but to no avail.

on April 27th, I placed my order for 2 sets of their 50 stickers for 19.99 (not an. unusual promotion from other sticker companies I have used in the past). since they promised fast shipping (as other companies have done). I immediately started getting promotions for an extra set for 10.00. I got, almost daily, emails saying "we're on it". but a week later, I had yet to receive any proofs of my stickers (other companies take about 48 hours). so I emailed asking about that...twice. they finally sent the proofs, which I approved. I've asked, several times, since where my stickers are. the LAST email I sent (day before yesterday) I asked for my money (44.36) back, and they can keep the stickers. today (may 24th) I got an email saying my designs had been sent to be printed and I'd get a tracking number, etc. when they shipped. I replied to that email asking, again, to just send my money back and keep the stickers (I dont expect that will happen). I've used other sticker companies. ALL have been faster, with better customer service.

I placed my order for a simple round sticker. They said they would send a proof for approval. After almost 1 month without a proof my order unexpectly shows up. ALL the stickers are printed not even close to being centered. The edge of the cut is VERY jagged. TERRIBLE QUALITY! I still can't get a response from them! I tried many emails and via facebook. They look to be taking the time to remove all the complaints though. They simply need to acknowlege the issue and refund my money.

Same! Except I did get my money back because I called my credit card company so they could file a dispute on my behalf. Still, you and I both gave them our credit card information, address, name...It is getting ridiculous that Facebook and Instagram are letting Scammers set up shop without investigating if these companies are real or not. Well, Look at the email conversation with these crooks!

Its an online sticker printing business. An ad came up for 50 stickers for $19.99 so I placed an order on April 22nd. I did get a proof for my sticker and I approved the order but that was weeks ago and my order still says unfulfilled and no one will give me an eta of when it will arrive or if its even done yet. Usually places can give you some type of ETA so you know when it will arrive, but theyre nonresponsive at this point. They used to have a live chat and claim 24/7 customer support but that is gone now and there is no phone number so email and Facebook are the only way to contact them. No one has responded to my last several messages. Their Facebook page is LOADED with comments from people in the same boat who also ordered 3-4 weeks ago and arent getting any responses from emails or receiving any actual stickers in the mail. On Monday I requested a refund because it was taking so long and havent gotten a response or refund from that either. I suspect I'll lose the $20 I spent.
