After losing our pomeranian dog to congestive heart failure, we were so grief stricken, my husband and I decided to get search for a pomeranian puppy that we could enjoy for a long healthy life. I search the internet for breeders of poms and found stewartpomeranianpuppies. Their website had photos of available puppies for 500.00. I contacted the breeder by clicking "contact us" inquiring about a male pom named LEO. I received an email telling me Leo was available. I asked where they resided because I would like to drive to them and see Leo in person. They said Detroit Michigan and that they can ship him to me safely within 24 hrs. of purchase for an extra 100.00. I wanted to pay with a credit card but they stated they only accepted payment in full using ZELLE. Payment was made to Darlington Holmes and email was different: [email protected]. I received an email with tracking of the shipping of the puppy using [email protected]. Then 4-5 hours later I received an email from shipping company stating that the puppy was on HOLD in dayton, Ohio because he had no Health Travel Insurance mandated by he ADA. They wanted 1500.00 paid to their headquaters in Quito, Ecuador. I was in shock. Then shortly after that I received a call to my home phone from southpacific stating the same thing. I told that I did not have any money and I suspected this a scam which I was going to report. They assured me that it wasn't and that the puppy was being checked by a Vet and after 24 quarantine period, they would release him and I would receive the puppy. I never received the puppy.
