This person left a message on my work phone (from an unavailable number) stating they are going to serve me at work. The phone message was to serve as my legal notification. A phone number was left for me and I did call it back. While on the phone I was put on hold several times. Once I was transferred to a person that was supposed to help me, she put me on indefinite hold when I was asking questions that she was refusing to answer. Before being put on hold i was told if i would just listen she would get to the clients name... I continued to push for the clients name since i do not know anyone in California which where the area code came up as that was left for me to call back 619-310-9691. The only one that would give me a name is Ms. Howard. When she would not answer my questions is when she put me on hold. After a few minutes i hung up and called back (Multiple times) to find out about being served. They now will not answer my calls. This person knew my name, home, & work address.
