A man came to my home on January 16, 2023 repaired my dryer for $432 which I gave him a check. He said it included a 3 month warranty and he would email me a receipt he did not have any receipts with him. He never emailed a receipt or comply of the warranty so I called numerous times and was told he would email them to me but he never did. Now on March 6 my dryer had the same exact problem and would not run. I called them back explained it was under warranty still and please send the repair man back. A man named Lee assured me the repair man would call back but he never did. I have made numerous calls and they now just let my calls go to voice mail. Or they also hang up on me when I tried calling from a number they did not recognize they first answered but once they hear my name they hung up . I called right back to make sure the hang up was not accidental and they just let my call go to voice mail. I called my bank they cannot help. I assume I am a victim of a similar crime to the one the other person mentions here. I am now stuck probably buying a new dryer because I won’t pay another repair bill like that. The warranty should still be good until April 16th 2023.
