States I have an unpaid bill from 2004 to Sprint which is for cancelled plan as the phone never worked properly and rec'd zero balance statement (I've since shredded the statement). Claiming I need to pay a $600.00+ balance that is a total from interest on the unpaid bill over the last 14 years. Also if I paid over the phone with a credit card today I would only have to pay $100.00 and some dollars. I've research the phone # and it comes up as fraud/scam. They have threatened to take my Enclave which seems a red flag to me since I have own a home worth more than the car. Also stated that I need to keep closed out account information for 20 years.....really? I was told that I had rec'd a letter 45 days ago from the attorney group (which I didn't) and they can't provide me with another copy...hmm. So I told them my atty wanted to speak with their attys and it surprise can only be done by fax...831-603-5470..interesting!
