I received a text message. Claiming that I had won some money. From the lottery winners Tammy and Cliff Webster . I was than told to pay a FedEx postage and than proceed to asked me to pay back the Taxes on the document I submitted so I could receive the money but I can clearly see the document is fraudulent because of the smudging that is blurring out the water mark on the back of this document. Also I was told to make a payment Cashapp by the name of DebbieSwoyer. After asking for email documentation I also received an email for an unidentified name Ava .
