Received call from Pay day Loan - (LENDING INSTANT USA) that I had been approved for the loan. Since Mr. Evans already had my banking information (routing and account number) he did 3 mobile deposits into my account and then had me transfer to cash app to obtain the money. I requested a copy of the contract - he supplied that but when I tried calling the company - no one by that name worked there. The checks were from a different company (DOW AUTOPLEX - MINEOLA, TX)

Received a call that my personal loan was approved for $6000. They had to first confirm that my bank account was valid. They deposited 2 check in the total amount of $1500. Once the checks were in the account, they had me make 2 separate payments thru Cash app - then they claimed I had to pay a transfer fee of the monies due to that the money was going from California to Florida. The bank held up the checks for 6 days. total of those checks equaled $1500.00 Tried contacting corporate at 628-200-0532 - no answer
