The person's name is Steve Martin (he has a foreign accent), his phone number is 443-769-1745. He left a voice message, I didn't speak to him. In the voice mail he never said my name, the following is what he said verbatim. 'Hi this message is intended to contact you. My name is Steve Martin and I'm calling regarding an enforcement action executed by US Treasury intending your serious attention, ignoring this would be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense...', this statement is then followed by his phone number. I saved the voicemail and e-mailed it to myself so if ScamPulse.com wants to hear it I have the voicemail.

I'm not sure if his attempt was to take money. I did not pick up the call, the message was left on my voicemail.
