This person used [email protected] and [email protected]. They/He was supposed to be selling bengal kittens. They went through the process, the english was not the best but I do not like to assume wrongdoing if English is a second language. They supplied extra pictures of supposed kitten when requested. Money was sent via e-transfer. They supposedly dropped off the kitten to be shipped with https://glms.info/index.php, the shipping company. The shipping company used the email [email protected] to send me a fake tracking number. A couple hours later I received a phone call saying to check the email they send. This email was asking me for $1950 dollars for a REFUNDABLE insurance. They tried to get me to pay via e-transfer. I contacted Steve Bengal Kittens and they said 'oops, I forgot to pay the insurance'. The shipping company tried to tell me the breeder could not pay the insurance because of the transfer of ownership. They tried to get me to pay via on line invoice, bitcoin, paypal, remitly, wire transfer and gift cards. When I asked for documentations, a mocked up PDF with the wrong picture of a kitten and missing information was sent. When I asked for the vet documentation I was ignored. They then threatened me with sending the kitten to animal services, and would not provide the phone number for said services. Through all this, the breeder Steve Bengal Kittens was insisting this was a reputable shipping company and to just pay the money. The next day, they called again to say they sent the cat to the shelter. I asked for the shelter information so I could arrange for pick up of the kitten. They used PET CONTROL SERVICES and said I could not pick up until I paid the money. I told them I was not using the service so no need for insurance. I told them shipping was included in my purchase price, and because they did not ship, they owed me a refund. This was ignored. I called police where the office was supposed to be located. They did a drive by and the there was no office there. The police did not want to go to the address provided for Steve Bengal Kittens.

There are no kittens. I believe both Steve Bengal Kittens and Global Logistics and Mail Shippers (GLMS) are the same people. Based on the website advertising information, they are located in Cameroon.
