I'm the CEO of Relybel Moving Company LLC, DBA Next Moving. I am submitting this response to address a 1-star review that misrepresents the facts and does not reflect the actual experience of the client.
The individual in question was a client of ours for a two-day move. While the first day of the move was completed without issue and payment was made, the situation escalated on the second day:
Dispute Initiated by Client:
1) After the second day of the move was completed, the client disputed the charges through their payment method without providing valid reasons.
2) When we reached out to understand the nature of the dispute, the client presented unfounded and fabricated claims.
Escalation Through Reviews:
Upon learning that we intended to pursue legal action, the client attempted to halt the process by bombarding us with negative reviews across multiple platforms. This behavior appeared to be an effort to pressure us into accepting their baseless dispute.
Legal Resolution:
1)Despite the negative reviews, we declined to accept the disputed amount and proceeded with legal action.
2) The case was brought to Small Claims Court, where the court ruled in our favor, confirming that our services were provided appropriately and fairly.
