Saw an add on Facebook and thought it would be a neat anniversary gift idea...Ordered 2 "super large" size mystery boxes (each box was supposed to contain 30+ random amazon return packages), and when u order more than 1, there's a "chance to receive additional items"...I received a small bubble package with 2 items in it, but nothing else...I contacted their customer service email and explained the situation and I was told to contact my local USPS...so I did...USPS told me that each package should have its own shipping label and tracking #, so it was odd that I only got 1...So I emailed their customer service again and explained what USPS had told me, and I asked for the other 2 tracking #s for the other 2 boxes. They offered me a 30% discount to keep the products, or I could get a full refund if I shipped everything back to them...so I explained that I couldn't ship everything back because I never received it...so they sent me the tracking info for the bubble package again...so I got mad and tried to find the website so I could get a phone #, and all I could find via their company address was websites explaining that it is a scam and that they have several different websites and emails, etc etc...I still have pics on my phone of the order I placed, their address, email, etc. And I have all of our emails back and forth if if you can use them...I just don't want anyone else to get scammed like I did.
