stemologic /beautemar debited my credit card for $$179.95 + $195.74 for 2 creams which i returned them back to company within limited time and they acknowled to re-imburse me but never received my money back, Instead they tried to take more money of my credit card. I would like to have someone help me in this matter so it does not occur evr again.

Fake cosmetic products, credit card fraud, concealed terms and conditions, victims are subscribed to automatic product deliveries and significant fees are charged on their credit cards, without consent. No customer support, no practical way to get refunds.

There was an offer to fill out a survey and receive a free gift. All you pay is shipping and handling of $5.95. *** product is one of the choices. There are no stipulations attached to this FREE gift that is received. Without your knowledge, *** charges your account $69.95 for the gift. They claim that is a free trial. They claim that it states that the product must be returned within 14 days or you are obligated to pay full price. It does NOT say any of that anywhere. They offer no resolution and all of their answers to questions regarding the complaint sound very scripted as if the complaint of the scam has happened many times before.
