Type of a scam Online Purchase
When you get your credit card statement they have charge you 179.95 dollars and 189.98 dollars. Then when you try to return it they say that you only have 14 days to return it for a full refund they don't tell you that the 14 days start as soon as you put your order in . There terms and condition say you have 60 days to return it I sent mind back as soon as I saw the charge on my statement unopened . They told me I open it . Then they told me they never got . Then they want a tracking number I told them I have one . Now they are only going the refund a 100 dollars for two orders .
The person I have bean emailing was Ezra customer satisfaction specialist . This person offered me a 100 dollars for stemacella and a 100 dollars for beautemers I lost 79. 95 for stemacella and 89.98 for beautemers They sent me jars of face creams for both 4 each .
