I ordered a product online from Stella Rae Boutique in February and still have not received my package. I’ve reached out on numerous occasions, but keep getting the runaround from. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one as well. They keep deleting comments and reviews on their videos on their social media platforms so that no one can see that they’re scamming everyone. They’re also blocking people who make videos surrounding their missing packages as well.

They took over a month to 'ship', citing that they were shortstaffed and packing was taking longer than expected. I received a tracking number through UPS on March 8th and it has yet to update- it is now March 22nd. I have reached out to the company and was told to let them know if tracking still hadn't updated by March 20th and told they would THEN look into it. I initially felt as though this was just a small business and it was taking longer because of that but I now have serious doubts I will EVER receive my products.
