I purchased an electronic steam gift card from vendor to be emailed to my son for his birthday. When he went to redeem it, it had already been redeemed. Steam refused to provide him with any information about the redemption (date, name, etc.). He contacted Steamcarddelivery.com and did not get any assistance. I also contacted them and provided the screenshots of the error message that it had already been redeemed as well as the emails from my son and myself. They refused to refund or replace the used card or even acknowledge that they sold me a card that had already been used. Shortly after this, someone tried to make a fraudulent charge on the credit card I used to make the purchase. I had to cancel the card.
