this person somehow logged into my younger brothers Steam account and sent me a message asking for a $50 giftcard, with a link to the fake Steam community website that I provided.

My brother does not know how this person logged into his account, but he knows he didn't send the message. I had him change his password so hopefully he'll be fine now.

when clicking on the link it gives a warning that the website is unsafe.
