I ordered family pajamas from an online instagram targeted ad. I never received the items (got tracking info). The tracking info said it delivered so I emailed and asked for a refund and they responded that they would send the items again. When I didn't receive again I asked for a refund and was told I would but it would be up to 25 days. It's been 5 months and I never received the items or the money back.

I purchased Christmas pajamas for my whole family and we never got them. They are a scam. After 2 months of not receiving, i contacted them. I believe they gave a fake tracking for my items like by using a tracking number to someone elses items. They said they would issue a refund and never have. They always say they will send it but they never do even after dozens of emails. After google reviews, they've done this to multiple people. They need shut down.

I placed an order for some pajamas in October of 2024 and have been back and forth multiple times that I haven't received my product. They "resubmitted" the order but still no product.

FACEBOOK AD for "Old Navy Pajama Sale". Fell for the scam, purchased pajamas, never recived package. Reached out to customer service and recieved AI responses stating package was delivered and offered an illigitmate tracking webiste from CHINA! Tracking website kept saying package was delivered by their own courier but they couldnt provide their information and couldnt confirm who or where the package was supposedly delivered. I called them out in an email regarding their scam. Had to dispute the charges with Credit Card to get a refund. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM ON FACEBOOK!

Based on the information I gathered, this fake site targets people looking for Christmas sales, claiming to offer huge discounts on Old Navy pajamas. It was advertised on Instagram, showing deals that are just too good to be true, like Christmas PJs all under $3.99 and we used our credit card to purchase them online and as of today, we have not received the items yet.
