I received a phone call from 844-384-3595 9:57 which I did not answer. My husband than called me and said he received a phone call from the same number stating that they were trying to deliver something via fax to me. They called me again at 10:04 from 443-977-1639. They did not leave voicemails. I called the 844 number back and was told that they were from litigation services and they were trying to collect a debt from me for Check n' Go. They say I took a loan out 5/5/09 for $1000 an they were calling to settle or go to court. If I settled the amount I needed to pay was $700 but if I went to court then the amount would be $2070. They had an old address, which at the time they said I took the loan out, I was not living there. They had the last 4 numbers of my social. They had the last 4 digits of my bank account. They also had my maiden name. They said I worked at SafeZone which I did not work there until 1.5 years after the loan was supposedly originated. I called Check n' Go at 1-800-723-7022 and they said they had no record under my name and social security number. I called my bank, Wells Fargo, and they could not find any information of any loans deposited the month of May 2009.I called the number back at 10:54 and Spoke with Wayne Roberts who said the company's name was Cardinal Management. They called my husband twice at 10:11 and 11:47. The called my mother twice at 11:45 and 10:30. Called my Brother-in-law once at 10:04. They called me 4 times, 12:51, 12:10, 10:16, and 10:04. The last time I spoke with them Karrie Miller stated the they were from Statewide Litigations and in order for them to stop calling me I would either have to pay or advance to the court. I spoke with a person at this company named Elaine, Wayne Roberts, Wayne Philips (extension 206), and then Karrie Miller. I tried calling the number back multiple times and they either hung up or transferred me to extension 114 to Karrie Miller. They asked for my phone number and name each time I called to get more information.
