States Pet Transport is an accomplice with a pet breeder scammer posing as the "shipping company." I was contacted by States Pet Transport and asked to upgrade an animal crate due to a COVID concern of $780. I asked for clarification as to why the crate was so much money and he proceeded to say that it was necessary and that it was "refundable." What was weird was that the company asked for a zelle payment, which was uncannily similair to the breeder's zelle request. When I asked to speak with manager, the person on the phone sounded exactly like the breeder I was using (very distinct heavy french african accent). I have not been able to reach the company as there is no real number or location. Furthermore, the company claims to be a part of "IPATA" and the "IPATA" website does not have the company written anywhere on their website.
