I received email from Costco Services to answer survey about Costco and I would receive gift valued at $50. A gift I could pick from any of Costco’s products and if I wasn’t satisfied with product , I could return it. I chose a fitness watch from the list. As email proceeded , it wanted me purchase statistic tracking app and another app( these were prechecked for me )and I unchecked them. I was to only pay postage for item 9.95 and I did receive email stating that was what I was charged . However my credit card was charged $28.47 for app and $9.95 for postage.

I phoned them at their customer service number, clerk stated I purchased 3 watches and I did not read fine print and that is why $28.47 was charged. I did receive 3 watches - Intelligence Health Bracelet -in mail ( these watches are not sold at Costco and not serviced by Costco in anyway.

Costco did not endorse survey .
