I received a form from the company mention in the mail. It stated that I needed to pay the $108.20 for a compliant labor law poster for my new business. It gave the option of mailing a check or scanning QR code. I scanned code and entered my debit card number. It wouldn't allow me to fully submit or enter my name. At that point I closed out of the website.
