Message left on my home phone stating the call was from the IRS regarding an Enforcement Action by the US Treasury and that appearance before a magistrate or grand jury was mandatory due to a Federal Criminal Offense.

I returned the call to the number left on machine. Foreign gentleman answered. I asked him to verify who I was speaking to and he then hung up.
