Family and past room mates were contacted in regard to "charges pending" against. They gave me the above listed phone number and a case #. Upon calling i was transfered to an agent who was very pushy and stated if i didn't make a $700.00 payment right then i would be served with papers and charged with defrauding an agency. i asked for the address and they gave me 345 Broadway New York, New York. upon a google search for that location it is a dougnhut shop.

I was called by them at my place of employment threating that the papers were going to be served immediately if I didnot pay. I did end up making a payment, however after more thought and research and finding them on several scam reporting sites. I called and had the transaction canceled and canceled that credit card. I did recieve a email stating that the paymetn had been made and was "paid in full" the day of the transaction. It was on a generic word document with no address for the buisness, only phone number. This was last week.

Today I recieved recieved another threatening call at my place of emplyment due to the charge back recieved from the cancelation of the transaction and the card.
