I received an Ohio Customer Service EBT card in the mail. It is from the state of Ohio. I called the phone number on the mailing. The number on the mailing was 866-386-3071. I dialed 800-866-386-3071 by mistake. It stated I am eligible for a $100 gift card and $25 gift card to Walmart. I pressed number one. A person came on the line.I thought it was the State of Ohio. A man said I was selected for a gift card. I need to pay $2.95 to activate the card. I gave my debit card number. they also asked for my birthday to verify they were no talking to a minor. I gave my birthday. They said at the end of the month you will be charged $29.95 They said I needed to call 800-475-1942 to cancel. I called the number. A woman said she did not have the information for seventy two hours. I was to check back. I asked the name of the company. It is Funsource. I called my bank right away and cancelled my debit card. No money was taken out of my account.
