Received a call stating I am eligible for federal grant because I pay my bills on time and was never locked up. I was to go to Rite Aide, Walgreen, West Union or Money gram, or take the money directly out of my bank account. They wanted me to buy a card for $250.00 and call them back to give them the card number.
