He would text me from this number, needing 1500.00 for special air crate then later 1000.00 for puppy to get routine vaccines since they expired. No one told me about shot record. I did not see any paperwork from seller or transporter. I asked for pictures of puppy either one of them would provide or video call. Both threatened to sue me for abandonment.
