I spent $344.48 with this company and I have YET to receive my order. The email has also changed, it was [email protected], and now it’s [email protected], my order is no longer showing on the account as awaiting shipment, nor does it say order shipped. My e tire order is missing from the account. I can Not look up my order by order number either. When trying to log in with my email and password, it says my email is invalid. So I had to log into my Facebook account and my order is no longer available on their site. I have tried numerous of times to get in contact with this company about my order to either cancel it and refund me my money or to just get an update on my order and when will it be shipped. I have yet to hear from anyone from this company and I feel like this company is a fraud and they are scammers out to take our money. I’ve contacted my bank I’ve also let them know that this company charged me an additional $10.33 on top of my $344.48 order (which didn’t reflect on my account). I’ve asked my bank to stop payment for this purchase and we’re going through the fraud process at this time. Please be aware of this fraudulent company! Call companies website also states that they are out of Philadelphia but my bank account was charged from a company in Singapore both times.
