I ordered a DVD of a series I wanted to see on DVD and they sent me a confirmation, but the order had a link to files (LARGE files, .mkv) that I had to download and burn to a disk. Those didn't work in my DVD player, so I requested a refund. They have a refund policy and promised a refund, but months later I have yet to see any money returned. Not worth the hassle and definitely a rip-off!

I purchased a DVD collection on this website on 4/25. I received the initial order completed email, but so have yet to hear back anything else. However the money came right out of my account. I have emailed numerous times, I have called the number listed, I have even tried texting the number. All to no avail. I fully believe this website is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Check your order. You probably received a link to large .mkv files that you can download. However, unless you have the right codec and player, the files can't be played.
