I was approved for a $50,000 loan secured by paying $1,875. After a long 3 week ordeal and them demanding me to pay another 800$, I refused to pay. They issued a refund and promised it would be back into my account within 5-7 business days. When I went to call to confirm, Joshua Simpson said they have the refund in the mail it should be there anytime.

Still have not received my refund and it's been 4 weeks.

Someone please call the cops they are making fake BBB pages and fake comments like on this site.

I lost $1875 to an etransfer to [email protected] which was supposed to be the broker agent.

Erika Taylor, Joshua Simpson are fraudulently taking advantage of poor credit people.

Someone please get my money back. Cant contact them anymore as it goes straight to voicemail!

Got approved for $30,000 loan, paid the $2900 for the insurance and haven't heard from them since. They said the funds would be released within 1-2 hours. Broker was Joshua Simpson. I started researching the company, and nothing shows up online, no website, nothing on Facebook etc. I Google Earthed their address and it's an office building with s big for sale sign on it. Authorities are going to be involved now. They're scammers and thieves. Taking $$ from hard working people like myself. This has put me in a major financial crisis now. Time to get the shotgun out and start hunting them.

I was looking to consoldiate; all my bills and get out of debt. the loan took a couple days to process I eventually got the loan in my account, I'm still waiting for the information package in the mail.But overall I could say they're safe & trustworthy.

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

First, I got an email that I’ve been approved for $20,000 loan but since I am under consumers proposal they gave me 3 options (co-signer, vehicle collateral and Credit liability insurance) I chose the 3rd option and then they said that I have to pay the premium insurance fo $1125. I asked him where to send the money. They gave me an instruction for the email transfer lucky thing he gave me a wrong email instead of “gmail.com” he said “aol.com” I tried to cancel my e-transfer and after a few minutes of trying My bank blocked my mobile banking access so I have to phone my bank see what is going on. I got a bad feeling when they transfer me into fraud agent at that moment I was thinking maybe its a scam. I tried to phone the startwell agent again and told him that I can’t transfer now my payment and suddenly while talking to him it feels like he was forcing me that I have to pay it right now so I can get my $20k within 2-3hrs. After talking to that guy I started to look for their company name in the internet, even their building on google maps, linked in, facebook but I couldn’t find any name like that. And also I check again the documents that I signed I noticed the names that they used. Cindy Taylor, Joshua S.and Tim B. They are celebrity and a player. I think this company is scam and not sending them money. Its better to check in the internet or other social media sites or google their building see if they are legit.

I was told that I was approved for a loan and I didn't have any collateral and so they wanted $910 and then said I was actually approved for higher but needed another $950 and kept saying everything was good and the money would be deposited in 1-2 hours . Their website also indicates 1-2 hours and so does the loan contract I signed . And yet today come up with another story and wanting another $1,950.00 and so I told them to cancel this loan and I want my money back in which they say it will take 1 week to 1.5 weeks .

I am livid and just want my money back .
