I bought 2 things off of the website and they took the money from my account but i havent received any product yet?

I placed an order it stated i would received receipt in email.and i would be able to track my order. I never received email so i contacted them by email received message that id get it 14 days after i placed order. Told them they never sent email confirming. Today the 27th and no responses on emails sent. In reading their reviews i see alot of people scammed already. I would like my monet back or the order.
