I bought the Starscope Monocular Telescope for $57.94. The product does not work because it is very blurry when you look into the scope. I contacted the support customer service immediately and told them I wanted to return and get a refund. They contacted me to say they needed to investigate my claim. I have been contacting them by email and phone at least 10 times and the last time they said they were working on my claim and would contact me shortly. They have not. They sold me a product and will not allow me to send it back for a refund. It has been 3 weeks since I have been following up to no avail. Please Do Not buy this product.
