I bought a pair of boots online and the boots I got were of so low quality I cannot not wear them. I contacted the company through email telling them of my desire to return the product and they asked for a picture of the boots and a picture of the packaging. I sent a picture of the boots but did not have the packaging the boots came in. I supplied them with the tracking and order number, but they said that was not good enough. I tried to leave a review on their website warning others about the quality of the product and was unable to post it. A comment came up saying that I needed proof purchase. They did not even send a return label with the product.
