Hello! I ordered a family tent online from Starpai on a FB ad. It was listed as a special for $99.99. After purchase, I received a confirmation email. After a friend shared concerns with my purchase (they had been scammed before by them), I checked the site. If you scroll past the information on the tent I purchased, and look deep into the details, you find another option for a much, much smaller "family tent". I started to believe I was scammed. The site had no physical address or phone number. I emailed the company using the address from the site, and told them my concerns with their product. I told the company that if the tent pictured in the ad was not the tent I purchased, then I did not want the tent. I did not hear from them. A few weeks later, I received an email that my order had shipped. This was in November. Again, I emailed the company and told them I was not interested in the product if it was not the one advertised. I heard nothing back. The tent arrived. It was tiny and not the one I ordered initially. It was even smaller than the one on their website they scammed me with. I immediately emailed them again and requested a refund, per their policy. I still haven't heard back. This is definitely a scam and they are not honoring their posted refund or contact policies. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, XXXX XXXXX
