I received a call from the phone number 866-689-4426 stating that they are calling from "Stark Recovery." They stated that I took out a loan from Liberty Financial and that a auto payment was not paid. They had my full social security number and stated that they are going to take me to court if I do not pay this amount. I have never had a loan or had any kind of business with a company buy this name. I have not gotten any paperwork with any of this information from this company or the company that they are stating I did business. I also have not gotten any paperwork from the court system. I checked my credit report and they is nothing stating that this debt is valid. Please if you could look into this and let me know what I should do. I don't feel comfortable dealing with this company on my own.
