I had bought a second roku device and when I hooked it up there was an error code said to call the # that I gave you and he said there was a one time fee for roku's well I didn't know I should of but didn't. So he told me it was 97 dollars and change so I paid it and he reset from his end. It was back 11/24/2019. I just saw this article so I am reporting it now
