A person by the name of Michael Kaiser called and said he was representing a debt recovery service for services received but not paid for dating back to 2022 from Star Media Services. Said we owed $1,500.49 and could settle the debt today for a reduced rate. Said StarMediaUs had emailed us invoices. I checked email and never saw one. Said claim number was 5790126 and he could be reached at 888-896-2853 X 101. I asked him to send me copies of said invoices. Said he does not handle his own clerical work and his assistant Alex would send them when he gets back from lunch break.
