I was trying to purchase a pitbull puppy for my family and came across Star American Bully Farm or S.A.B.F. I found a male puppy named Flick on their site and wanted to purchase. There was no phone number to contact, just a place to put your name, number, address and the dog you want and then they will get back to you afterwards. After i put my information in I got a text message from a (484) 286-7221 number and a guy named Ryan out of Pennsylvania handled all my information and puppy detail. They told me I could pay using Zelle or Venmo, so I sent $800 through Zelle which is suppose to take care of dog cost and delivery fees. After all that they sent me confirmation that everything went thru and is good, and that the pitbull puppy will be shipped to me the next day using the animal shipping company called Animal Logistics. The next morning I got a message stating that there is an insurance fee for the airline and a special crate for the dog for $1200 and that the dog was already at the airport waiting. I wasn't going to pay this because Ryan stated that $800 was the one time fee for everything. When I told Ryan this he said that the $800 was for his and that the insurance was for the airline and that I had to pay in order to get puppy sent to me. That's when I knew I was being scammed and stopped all contact with Ryan. I also called Animal Logistics who suppose to deliver pitbull puppy and explained to them what was going on and they told me that I was being scammed. I also started researching and found out that these people continue to change their website name in order to scam. I learned my lesson, don't buy animals online unless you do your research.

I went to they website to purchase a puppy I fell in love with so i emailed them about the do they responded, they sent me the pictures of the puppy I told them that's the one I wanted so they told me the price I told them I'll buy the puppy. I ended up giving them my number to talk more so we texting back to back he said they take Zelle, and CashApp, I told them all I have is paypal they create a account and when I do they will give me their info to send the money so instead of creating one I used my girl zelle account so they give me they info we getting ready to send it until my girl zelle account tell her that she cant send money to them, so I tell them what the account told us, so they say they will request it and he so they requested $250 so it went through so we sent in, we tried to send the rest and it didn't work. We ended up cash app the rest, so now they have the money. They say they will send the puppy off on the airplane and I would receive him later on that day and they would send me the confirmation on when the puppy is in route, so I say cool and later that day they emailed me the confirmation and I was able to track the puppy, so I'm like ok he will be here tonight tonight. I get a call with supposed to be the delivery company saying the puppy did not get on the plane because he wasn't insured so I called the people I bought the puppy from and told them what happened he called the delivery company and he text me back and says there's no insurance on the dog and I will have to pay $1200 in order for the dog to get on the plane and I will get a refund back once the dog land I told the guy I bought the dog from I don't have $1,200 and he said the dog is in my name now and he's trying to help me out and I told him I just want my refund back so basically he gave me the runaround and block me stop responding back and disconnected his phone number.
