I never got what I ordered…

I ordered from stannable. It’s been years since I placed my order. The money came out of my account. I emailed them about it months ago and never got a response. My phone also told me the website was not secure and could have access to my information

I ordered merchandise from one section of the store in February 2020, they removed the money from my account and it is now March 2021 yet I still have not received some of the merchandise I ordered. If necessary I have proof of emails that have gone unanswered this far.

I ordered merch February 2020 as well! It pulled the money from my account. The most recent update on shipping is from march 2020. It said “USPS awaits item.” I tried contacting them this October (2022) and never heard back (its been two months) I too have email proof. I’ll be filing a complaint too
