The ad was a verfied ad on Facebook marketplace advertising a sale on Stanley cups. The site presents itself as the real Stanley site, using Stanley1913 and offering log-in options.

After ordering, i received two confirmation emails for my two orders. Upon contacting the verified Stanley facebook, i was advised this site was fraudulent.

They are advertising Stanley products and they were having a Mother’s Day sale on the cups I ordered. After reading comments about them saying their stuff was never delivered, I reached out (right after placing my order) and asked them to cancel my order & refund my money.

I did receive an email back the next day saying it was processed & I would receive it in 10-15 days. I did receive a tracking number & have been following it and today it says it’s out for delivery in Ft Lauderdale, FL but my shipping address in in Texas. I reached again to the customer service address asking them to cancel the order and refund my money. No other update after that.

I saw an ad on Instagram that appeared legitimate for Stanley water bottles. After ordering from what I now recognize as an imposter webpage (not the actual Stanley webpage, an unofficial Stanley email address confirming the order, and unhelpful communications through the email address, the poor English on the webpage and in the emails, credit card processed through Paris, France), I am very concerned about my credit card information being stolen.

Facebook add for sale on Stanley cups. The sale was a big discount on popular Stanley cups. Website mirrors the real Stanley website. After not receiving my item for a while and looking at tracking for shipping it showed china and then I realized it was not the real website.

Think it came up as an ad on Facebook. Two Stanley mugs for the price of 1. The site also mentioned Dick's Sporting Goods, or made it look like the product was coming from Dick's Sporting Goods. Never received any confirmation of purchase, nor did I receive the items ordered. Think it said Stanley1913 or Stanley 1915

I clicked on an advertisement on Instagram reels ( owned by Facebook/meta). The advertisement deal was for Mother’s Day, and said it would come by Mother’s Day. I clicked on the advertisement, and it took me to a website that looked legitimate, it said Stanley. The deal was the more you bought the bigger the discount and they sold Stanley tumblers/cups. I purchased with a credit card online. I received a confirmation email. After a week and not receiving it I emailed them from an email I found in my confirmation email. I was told sorry it’s taking long, the order has been shipped, and they gave me a tracking number. I have been following the tracking number for over a week and it said it arrived in Alaska but I am on the East Coast.
